Ladies and gentlemen, I am now on Patreon!
It’s been a long time coming, but I’m finally creating tutorial content to get illustrators up to speed with Blender. I’ve attempted to allow simple tipping at just $1 a month for those who just want to support my work, but if you’re a creative and want to get the most out of it, I highly recommend the $5 a month tier. For $5 you get access to a beginner tutorial focusing on using Blender to create illustration assets, plus access to a modular set library that gets expanded each month with 4x extra pieces.
I’ve taken the time to put together a good set of content to start people off, and am eager to get to updating. Future tutorials already in production will cover topics such as producing toon shaders, lighting your scene for illustration, and of course, tackling compositing nodes and freestyle.
I have plans to add the following:
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes videos of the homebased creative process
- Two more themed modular set libraries
- A second strand of more advanced tutorials.
I’ve set some modest goals to begin with, but with more support, I’ll be able to allocate time each month to produce those pieces of content.
